General Account Usage Terms

Thank you for purchasing an account from us! To ensure the safety of your account and to maintain your warranty, please follow the guidelines below. These steps apply to all games we support, including but not limited to Fortnite, GTA, League of Legends, Valorant, and Supercell games.


✅ What to Do After Purchase

  1. Log In and Check the Account

    • Immediately log in using the credentials provided.

    • Verify that everything is working correctly and the account includes the expected items or features.

    • Do not make any changes before checking. If something is incorrect or missing, contact the seller through your order page first.

  2. Secure the Account

    • Change the password of the game account.

    • Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) wherever possible to add extra security.

    • Change the email password and enable 2FA on the email account as well (if full access is provided).

  3. Check the Email Access

    • If the email is hosted on a domain like rambler.ru, notletters.com, or firstmail.ltd, follow the login instructions provided in your order.

    • For Gmail or Outlook accounts, you may receive codes via the seller in the order chat.

⚠️ Important: Failure to complete these security steps may void your warranty.


🛡️ Warranty Terms

To keep your warranty valid:

  • You must change both game and email passwords immediately after purchase if possible.

  • You must enable 2FA where applicable.

  • Do not delay these actions or share your credentials with anyone else.

If the account is compromised and you haven’t secured it properly, the warranty may be void.


🔁 Full Access and Recovery

If you are unable to log in with the provided password:

  • Use the “Forgot Password” or “Can’t Sign In” option on the game platform to send a recovery code to the provided email.

  • Use the email login info to retrieve the code and reset the password.

This applies to games where full access (account + email) is provided.


🔗 Linking & Unlinking Consoles or Platforms

If your account is linked to a platform like PlayStation, Xbox, Riot, or Supercell ID:

  • You may need to unlink previous accounts before linking your new account.

  • Always check platform settings to ensure the account is not already connected to another console or game service.

  • Detailed instructions may vary by game — contact the seller if you need guidance.


🚫 Prohibited Activities (Will Void Warranty)

To keep your account safe and your warranty valid, DO NOT:

  • Contact the game’s official support team (e.g., Riot, Epic Games, Rockstar).

  • Use cheats, hacks, or third-party tools.

  • Exploit bugs or glitches (e.g., free XP, duplicate items).

  • Participate in tournaments or ranked modes unless explicitly allowed.

  • Link the account to suspicious or previously banned devices/platforms.

Doing any of the above may result in bans, restrictions, or permanent loss of the account — and void your warranty.
