Complete Guide on How to Be a Seller at GameBoost

Dear Sellers,

Congratulations and welcome to the GameBoost family! If you are reading this guide, it means you have been accepted as a seller on our platform. We would like to highlight the most important conditions for sellers at GameBoost:

1. Getting Started

  • Registration Process: You can apply via this link here.

  • Onboarding: Once your application is approved, you'll receive instructions for onboarding. This will include setting up your profile, familiarizing yourself with our platform, and any necessary training or guidelines.

Verification Process

  • To become a verified seller, you must provide a valid ID, proof of residency, and a signed contract. An onboarding email will be sent to you, and you will begin the process through our onboarding Discord server.

  • Account Setup: With everything in place, you’ll be ready to start offering your services on GameBoost!

  • Add a profile picture after setting up your account, because customers will be able to see it on the website.

2. Listing Products

  • Uploading accounts: It is done manually for all games, while LoL & Valorant can be imported in bulk (instructions in the "Importing Accounts (LoL & Valorant)" section.

  • Go to “Account List” and click on “Add New Account” at the top right corner of your dashboard.

  • Follow the steps to select the game, enter your account details, and submit for admin approval. Novice sellers require manual approval from admins, while all other ranks can approve their listings independently.

  • Pricing Strategies: ⚠️Pricing of every account needs to end on .99 decimal. For example, you will list an account for 24.99€ and not 25.00€.

  • You are eligible to upload accounts valued up to 300€ until you have made over 30 sales on our website. Listings for extremely valuable accounts can be negotiated separately after you’ve made 30 sales at GameBoost.

  • League of Legends accounts have a minimum upload price depending on the rank:


    Take into account your seller rank and be aware of the 0.99€ fee taken from each sale while listing your accounts!

  • Listing Rules: Use informative titles and descriptions to attract customers.

  • It is not allowed to use links in descriptions of your listings.

  • If you're using email domains other than outlook, yahoo or g-mail it is mandatory to provide email domain link in the delivery instructions of the account, otherwise the account will be unlisted.

  • Do not use refund in description, you can type 14 day warranty, and put guidelines on how to keep the account safe.

  • While adding relevant account pictures, it is forbidden to include any information that might compromise the security of the account. For example, in-game name/Riot ID/username and similar.

  • Description and pictures attached to the listing must match 100%.

  • Duplicates are strictly forbidden on our website.

  • You can upload accounts as Instant Delivery or Manual Delivery.

    Manual Delivery

  • You can set the guaranteed delivery time for the account.

  • Manual delivery accounts will have a reduced priority in the listing algorithm.

    • They won't be listed on first pages.

    • If you fail to meet the guaranteed delivery time, our platform will take 10% from the account price as a penalty fee.

    • If a user searches for an account using filters or the search bar and does not find one available for instant delivery, they will see manual delivery accounts as alternative options for purchase.

  • Email Domains: If you’re using Email domains other than outlook or gmail, please provide the domain link of the email used in the Delivery Instructions while uploading your listings.

  • Email Changes: You may update the email address for customers after the purchase has been completed.

  • Tags: Apply tags to your listings that 100% match the account being uploaded.

Once you are finished entering the info and press Add Account, it will automatically be saved as a Draft on your profile.

To make it visible to the customers, you will need to request it to be listed first. It will send a notification to the admins to check if all of the info has been entered correctly if you’re a novice seller.

  • Bulk upload: It is possible to request approval for your accounts in bulk, simply by selecting multiple accounts in the Accounts List and pressing List Accounts.

Uploading League of Legends and Valorant accounts

  • Uploading LoL & Valorant accounts is done in bulk via Account Imports.

  • Follow the steps provided to import accounts, enter login combos, and submit for admin processing.

  • Login Combos: Enter in a username:password format and leave no blank spaces after a password or below the last account on the list:

  • After hitting the Import Accounts button, a notification will be sent to the admins once again for account importing. Once the import is processed, the status of your import will change to Completed.

  • To view and edit the freshly imported accounts, press on the three dots in the top right corner and select View Accounts.

  • In case you see a red exclamation mark, it means the account with that username is already uploaded on the website (either drafted, listed or sold) and you can inquire about its status by opening a Ticket on our Discord server.

  • Ensure to turn on the "By Hand" option for handmade accounts only.

3. Order Processing

  • Receiving Orders: You will receive an email notification when your account gets sold, and you can also enable push-up notifications on our dashboard to receive an update there as well.

  • Returns and Refunds: You will see a button on the top right corner, inside the accounts panel (dashboard only).

  • Clicking the button will show a pop-up where you must select the refund reason and write additional information.

  • Account Already Sold

  • Other (you must put reason in notes)

  • A chat message containing the reason and note of the refund will be sent to the admins and the customer.

Additional Information about Refunds

  • You can refund any account as long as it is in Processing status. If you need to refund the customer in store credit, please open a ticket on our discord and admins are going to set the account to processing.

  • Refunds must always be the second option. The first one is to offer a replacement to the customer. There are also cases where you will have to try to recover the account or/and send a ticket to support first.

  • Refunds are possible only within the warranty period of each game.

  • If you are unsure about the account case, reach out to us by opening a ticket on discord.

  • Finalizing the Sale: When an account is sold, its status changes to "Processing," and you can communicate with the buyer via the account's chat window.

  • Chat window will always be opened if the customer has questions, please respond frequently and promptly to the customer.

  • Customers are in charge of completing the sale, if they do not it will be automatically completed after 24h.

  • Do not mention refunds in description of accounts, GameBoost has a refund policy and we as a company provide it. You can mention warranty and words of caution.

4. Communication

  • Customer Interaction: When your account gets sold, you can greet the customer in order chat and ask him if he needs any assistance.

  • Customers can upvote or downvote their order if they choose so. They can also change the review themselves at any point. This will reflect on your current seller rating.

  • Account Inconveniences: If the bought account is not working please provide help as soon as possible.

  • Answer and reach out to customers in a timely manner and dedicate your time to them. You should respond to the customer in 4-8h and fix the issue completely within 24h.

  • If the account is not working upon purchase and you do not respond for a long amount of time we might refund the customer in store credit.

  • GameBoost does not refund accounts back to the payment provider as a first resort.

  • The preference is to offer a replacement to the customer initially. If a replacement cannot be provided, Store Credit should be offered.

5. Ranks and Reports

Rules that apply to all ranks:

  1. You are eligible for a promotion if your seller rating is greater than 95%.

  2. Legend and Mythic rank sellers can upload accounts with no price limit.

  3. You cannot upload accounts more valuable than 300€ if you do not have 30+ sales on our marketplace.

  4. You are eligible for a promotion if you have less than 5 reports per month.

Ranks of Sellers who work at GameBoost:

Novice

  • Novice sellers have an 80% cut on their sales.

  • New sellers will have a novice rank at the start when they start selling their accounts on GameBoost and require manual approval of their listings.

Veteran

  • Veteran sellers have an 82.5% cut on their sales.

  • You’re eligible for a Veteran rank if your monthly sales revenue is greater than 2,500€.

  • Maximum 5% refund rate.

Elite

  • Elite sellers have an 85% cut on their sales.

  • You’re eligible for an Elite rank if your monthly sales revenue is greater than 5,000€.

  • Maximum 4% refund rate.

Legend

  • Legend sellers have an 87.5% cut on their sales.

  • You’re eligible for a Legend rank if your monthly sales revenue is greater than 10,000€.

  • Maximum 3% refund rate.

Mythic

  • Mythic sellers have a 90% cut on their sales.

  • You’re eligible for a Mythic rank if your monthly sales revenue is greater than 15,000€.

  • Maximum 2.5% refund rate.

Seller ranks are updated every month.

Items & Currencies

  • All sellers have a 90% cut on their item sales (+0.99€ fee from each sale).

  • All sellers have a 95% cut on their currency sales (+0.99€ fee from each sale).

Report System

Below is the list of the most frequent types of reports that our company had to resolve:

  1. Wrong account or email credentials

  2. Inaccurate description of the account

  3. Delivery Time

  4. Account Recovery

  5. Long Response Time

  6. Account sold on another platform

  7. Duplicated Listings

  8. Account Ban/Temporary Ban

Depending on the rule that was ignored, penalties will vary.

Each report will be carefully evaluated by our GameBoost team. This is crucial due to our rapid growth and because we want to ensure that our customers get the best service possible.

Featured Account Listing Options

  1. Perks for Legend and Mythic Rank Sellers:

    • Legend Rank: 5 account featured listing options

    • Mythic Rank: 10 account featured listing options

  2. To activate, open a marketplace ticket on our main discord server with ID's of the accounts you'd like to feature!

6. Ranking Criteria

Our updated ranking system now considers several key factors to ensure fairness and competitiveness:

  1. Clients' Interest and Relevancy: Accounts that attract more views and interactions will be prioritized. Most clients use advanced search and filters, so focus on filling the necessary fields accurately and using the right keywords to enhance your account's visibility.

  2. Shorter Boost for New Accounts: New accounts will receive a boost for a shorter duration, reduced by 70%.

  3. Seller Rating: Higher-rated sellers will have an advantage in the rankings.

  4. First/Main Image: Accounts with unique, high-quality, and relevant images will receive bonus points.

  5. Number of Accounts Sold: Sellers with a higher number of successful transactions will rank higher.

  6. Duplicated Offers Penalty: Sellers with duplicated offers will be penalized, with harsher penalties for more duplicates.

  7. Listing Randomizer: A randomizer will help diversify listings, giving more accounts exposure.

  8. Penalizing Description Spam: Accounts with spammy descriptions will be penalized.

  9. Bonus Points for Complete Profiles: Accounts that fill all necessary fields will receive bonus points.

7. Feedback and Improvement

  • Providing Feedback: Here you can share your feedback and which next games/currencies we should add!

  • Continuous Improvement: Follow announcements at our discord for updates and plans for the future.

8. Payments and Withdrawals

To process a withdrawal, please ensure the following:

  1. Verification: You must be fully verified.

  2. Bank Account Information: Provide valid bank account information in your profile under Wallet -> Edit Payout. The necessary details include:

  • Bank Name

  • IBAN Account Number

  • SWIFT / BIC Code

  • The bank account must match the name and surname on the ID and Proof of Residency documents provided for verification.

  • Available Withdrawal Methods:

  • Revolut, Wise, Payoneer, and Direct Bank Transfer.

  • Skrill

  • Crypto

  • For Payoneer withdrawals, you must provide complete bank information. If unsure, contact Payoneer Customer Support.

  • Deposit Requirements:

  • Sellers: No deposit is required. Sellers will always receive the full amount of their current balance.

  • Boosters: A deposit of 100 EUR remains in the website balance until leaving the company.

Requesting Withdrawals

  • Balance Withdrawal Hold: Starting from the date of hire, your balance will be held and cannot be withdrawn for the first 30 days.

  • How to Request: Go to your profile under "Wallet" and "Payout Requests." Click "Withdraw" to open the payout request window, which will display details and fees.

  • Processing Time: Regular payouts are processed once a month, usually around the 15th. Expect processing within 15 hours.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel a payout request by going to Wallet -> Payout Requests and clicking the three dots in the action tab. Make sure to do it before the payout cycle closes.

  • GameBoost reserves the right to hold seller funds for a minimum of 30 days if any fraudulent or scamming activity is detected. During this period, withheld funds may be used to compensate customers. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal once the matter is resolved.

Fees:

  • Bank Transfer: 2%

  • Skrill: 4%

  • Crypto: 5%

  • Boosters Only: Full Payment Requests: Boosters should open a payment ticket on our Discord server if requesting full payment.

Fast Payout Feature:

  • Fast Payout Fee: 5%

  • Skrill & Crypto: Receive funds within 24 hours.

  • Bank Transfers: Receive funds within 2-5 days.

  • New Payout Option:

  • Skrill Payout Requests: Track your requests and view admin notes if a payout is rejected. This option is available under the "Withdraw" button in your Wallet. You can also cancel requests if they have not yet been processed.

Minimum Payout Amounts

To reduce transaction fees for both parties, the minimum amounts required for payouts are as follows for boosters:

  • Regular Payments:

  • Bank Transfer: 20 EUR

  • Crypto: 20 EUR

  • Skrill: 20 EUR

  • Priority Payments:

  • Bank Transfer: 30 EUR

  • Crypto: 30 EUR

  • Skrill: 30 EUR

For sellers, the minimum amounts required for payouts is 100€.
